FRANK E. FLOWERS (Writer/Director) is a 25-year-old Cayman Islands Native, who graduated from USC Film School in 2001. His short film, Swallow was a huge success at the Sundance Film Festival, winning the Austin, Jamaican, and Riverrun Film Festivals and was recently licensed by HBO, after winning HBO's Best Short Films category at the 2003 American Black Film Festival. Haven, based on his own experiences growing up in the islands, marks his feature debut as a writer/director and garnished him another nomination from HBO as a Director to Watch at this year's ABFF.

Flowers has also worked briefly in music videos, directing Road to Zion for Grammy-winning reggae artist Damian "JR GONG" Marley. He is currently writing The Trespasser for 20th Century Fox.
